Brampton Museum is running a series of interactive reminiscence sessions, “Reminisce: Recall and Relive” to share experiences, recall treasured memories and spark a lively discussion. Open to everyone whether you are looking for friendship, a boost to your mood, or to provide support for the early stages of dementia. See what it’s like in this video.
Led by reminiscence expert Kath Reynolds, these multi-sensory experiences will evoke memories and give participants a chance to bond while recalling everyday experiences…with lots of fun and laughter along the way!
Accessibility
Kath offers flexible sessions so everyone can participate in the way best suited to themselves. Let us know if we can do anything to make the session work for you, e.g. Hearing loop, British Sign Language interpretation.
There is a small amount of free and accessible parking outside the museum and overflow parking in the park.
If you need help getting to the museum, then Newcastle community transport can offer door-to-door transport. Please provide 7 days notice

Self-serve tea and coffee are included in the £3.50 admission price. Sweet treats and sandwiches can also be purchased in the museum cafe. Vegan and gluten-free options are available.
