The historic Guildhall is in the heart of Newcastle-under-Lyme town centre. A meeting room – as well as customer service desks, the foyer and reception area – are available to hire for local businesses, charities and community groups.

Meeting room

The upstairs meeting room at the Guildhall, with space for up to 12 people, is the perfect space for a business, community group or charity meeting.

Hire cost

FREE for businesses in the Newcastle BID area

£50 - full day (8 hours)
£30 - half-day (4 hours)
Other time slots - £10/hour

Customer service desks

Hire a ground-floor customer service desk at the Guildhall.

Foyer and reception area

The Guildhall's foyer and reception area is available to hire. The space is principally available to hire on evenings and weekends at these rates:

£50 - full day (8 hours)
£30 - half-day (4 hours)
Other time slots - £10/hour

Part of the space, however, can also be booked for weekdays at £25 for a full day and £15 for half a day.
