The bridal retailer is proud to have been voted as a Regional Winners and National Finalists as part of The English Business Awards. Established in 2006, the family-run bridal business based on Brunswick Street in Newcastle-under-Lyme, is one of the area’s most reputable bridal retailers, with years of experience working with brides-to-be. The team have created a successful and thriving business over the years and endeavors to create a relaxed atmosphere and beautiful environment for brides to feel welcomed and at ease when looking for the dress of their dreams. Following an anonymous nomination period, The Bridal Lounge was shortlisted at the England Business Awards.
The annual awards ceremony champions great businesses in England that work hard and thrive due to perseverance and fantastic customer experiences. The nominated companies give no input towards the awards themselves; the customers are their advocates, which shows how highly they are considered. Following a nomination and voting stage, The Bridal Lounge were then shortlisted to be visited by a mystery shopper and who visited the shop to assess and scrutinize the customer experience provided. The business was then announced as a regional at the English Business Awards ceremony on Sunday 14th May. Louise Cartlidge, owner of The Bridal Lounge says:
